Critical: Professionalism, QualityWe had read the reviews, seen the haircuts and were excited to schedule 4 of my boys haircuts before Thanksgiving. We were glad we could get in at a busy time. I usually do not write any kind of reviews (positive or otherwise) as I prefer to stop doing business at any place I may have received poor service. We understand these are trying times and finding reliable associates and employees are really hard to come by. Tim must be a great barber but unfortunately he was not available. Great was our demise when we drew the short stick with Kim the new hair stylist. After discussing the length we wanted on our my oldest son’s frohawk which just needed to be cleaned up she forgot to put the guard on and went in leaving a distinct mistake on the side of his head. This is a novice mistake but very unprofessional mistake especially in the hair industry. My guess is that Tim could have rectified that mistake easily as he is a professional and knows how to make a mistake look like part of haircut. Kim is not Tim!! We wanted to give Kim the benefit of the doubt hoping she had just had a bad day and returned the next day upon opening. That was a mistake. In my humble opinion Kim needs further instruction and training in her field before she charges full price. I would like to add that the gentleman cutting hair next to Kim did offer to correct Kim’s mistake but time was not on our side. We had read the reviews, seen the haircuts and were excited to schedule 4 of my boys haircuts before Thanksgiving. We were glad we could get in at a busy time.
