I came in for bleaching and dyeing part of my hair for my first time. The service was great, even though the outcome wasn’t quite what we were aiming for, but not for lack of trying. The fault of that lies in my hair type and the wish not to damage it too heavily with only the one visit to work with.

I love this place. The staff is fun and friendly. Great haircuts and pedicures. I see a lot of regulars getting manicures too (I personally have not), much better than other nail places and not rushed at all or stinky. They offer coffee, tea and water as you walk in.

I called over a week ago to schedule my daughter for an appointment. They made the appointment for today. The salon called to confirm my daughters appointment yesterday just like normal. Today is her appointment and I received a call this morning stating they could not see her today. The stylist she was going to see had a block in the schedule because she had a Dr’s appointment and someone removed it. So she is just now realizing that today!? They offered to get my daughter rescheduled and offered me an appointment over a week out! That is poor customer service. You would have been better off telling me that she had an emergency come up and couldn’t be there today than telling me that your salon messed up and is now not going to make accommodations for your mistake. So frustrating!
