I’ve had a lot of wigs and hair pieces over the last few years but the service here was above and beyond. Jeff is a doll. I ordered a real hair piece which came in much lighter than anticipated. This is normal! I tried it for a bit but it was too light. I then asked if they could color it for me and showed Michelle the darker strands in the piece I liked. It came out perfect! Jeff and Michelle are the best!

I met with Jeff to discuss my options for a wig. I’m currently undergoing chemo treatments and am anticipating losing my hair. Jeff was so kind when I met with him. I felt comfortable right away. He knew all the questions to ask; he is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me pick the color and the style. When the wig arrived, it was perfect. I’m so glad I chose Jeff for this very difficult time in my life. Jeff’s colleague Michelle helped style my wig and when my husband came in to see me, he said “when is she putting it on you”! It already was on me- that’s how good it looked. Thanks Jeff and Michelle.

My sister, mom and myself went down there to check out the wigs. For one thing the entrance isn’t marked. I called them to ask their location and informed them that we were in the parking lot. He asked me if we had an appointment. After telling him we drove almost an hour to get there, he said he was getting ready to leave. I basically told him nevermind.
