I cannot recommend this salon enough. I have struggled with thin hair my entire adult life, and Kelly and her team have completely transformed me with their Revive service. I can honestly never imagine going anywhere else. Kelly and her team are also super sweet, lovely people who really look after their clients. They listen to your needs and take your concerns seriously, but they are also the best at what they do so please feel confident that you are in great hands. You will definitely leave there feeling a million percent better compared to when you came!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been suffering hair loss for the last 15 years, but it had gotten so bad and NOTHING helped. I knew it was mostly genetic, but I was also on medication that I could not stop taking. I was desperate and I saw the The Hair Specialist addressed hair loss and they were local. My long time hair stylist from another salon,really didn’t have any real solutions for me.I was absolutely thrilled with the attention I received at The Hair Specialist!!! Kelly was so amazing and took time with me. She really knew about all types of hair loss and recommended a topper for me that matched my hair perfectly!! Courtney cut and styled my topper and bonded it to my head. It looked exactly like my current hair style and I was beyond thrilled!!! You will love this salon and all the staff! Lately I had issues with picking out my hair and she made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I have never in my life been more happy with a salon! Maritza did excellent work! Got my fusion bond extensions by Maritza at The Hair Specialists. Lately I had issues with picking out my hair and she made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I have never in my life been more happy with a salon! Maritza did excellent work! All of the other specialists there were extremely professional as well. I had the best experience with the removal of old extensions and bonding of new ones. Kelly met with me beforehand to go over what my needs were specific for my hair. Upon arrival I was greeted and seated where stylist quickly got to work. Kelly made sure that the blending of the hair was perfection.. My hair looks amazing!

I have never written a review for anything…but i need to review this salon. Unfortunately today i had my hair done by someone that claimed she was comfortable doing highlights. Well my sister had been doing my highlights for 12 years (yes she was board certified) and unfortunately she has been unable to do my hair. I went to a different salon at 9am this morning and was there till 1pm, this other girl had no clue what she was doing, processed me twice all while i was slowly having a meltdown and panicking on the inside. As soon as i got home i started calling around somewhere to get my hair fixed. I came across The Hair Specialists literally 5 minutes away from my house. It being a friday afternoon i assumed no one would take me in…this woman must have heard the panic stricken voice at the other end of the phone and she asked me “how soon can u be here?” I said “i live 5 minutes away i can be there in 5 minutes!” She told me nicely “ok well come on in and we can see what we can do.” Nervously driving i have always been one to only have my sister do my hair and after my trip to the other salon this morning i was terrified.

I Have been going to Lee since I was 20 years old!!! I am now 65! That is 45 years that she has been doing my hair!!! There has never been one time that I left her shop that i wasn’t happy with my hair cut, style, or color!!!! She is Fabulous! She takes her time with you and listens to what you want! I have been going to the girls at the Hair Specialists for seven years or more (before it was the Hair Specialists!!) Lee, Kelly, and the rest of the gang are truly SPECIALISTS in every sense of the word. From color, cut, shaping, and extensions there is NO ONE better in NE OHIO. Lee Hendrickson was recommended to me by another stylist in Strongsville “as the best in the business” when I was thinking about making a change with my hair that would require more technical expertise then she could offer. I have no regrets in trusting my hair to this salon. The Hair Specialists have earned my trust by making me look and feel my best year in, year out. However, they have kept my trust for seven years by listening to me, changing my hair as my desires changed, and on the one occassion when I felt my hair wasn’t perfect they were eager to get me in the chair again to ensure I was happy again (this was a product issue not a skill issue). It is without hesitation that I recommend this salon!
