Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had them start my Locs and one of the stylist is good and on time. The owner is rude and very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for 1pm she double book and had about 3 people before me. I will never go back. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Don’t come here. The wait time is ridiculous and they never have an appointment open. They are always booked up. Prices are high and services aren’t that great. Unprofessional , texting while I already had a long wait time and there was obviously friction towards the employees working at the time. Was there for three hours and still wasn’t finished! Continuously had to answer the phone and working very slow.Almost left , it also seems like everyone does not understand the policies. One was going to charge me for detangling until I’m assuming the owner told her not to. the outrageous wait time , the persistent texting , the double bookings , the continuous change of music , high prices that didn’t meet the standards of the service it was too much and I STILL DECIDED TO STAY ! To pay $70 for not even fully pressed hair smh

Imagine entering a salon to inquire about services so you can support a local Black business, and the 1st person you greet isextremely nonchalant, disinterested, and not helpful at all. I asked what were all the services offered, because the google site and FB sight mainly highlights loc maintenance. I was told it is a full service natural salon. Great! I wanted eyebrow tinting to start. Understandably, there are no appointments open today. There is one major hairstylist there named Shana she is the she has people that work under her who are not very meticulous as she is I feel like there should be more stylish in there the wait time sometimes is very annoying scenery welcome and very opening.
