I walked into this place and they took one look at the color of my pasty white skin and guess what they did? They took care of me like professionals and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. And then gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a while. I went in looking for a barber not just a haircut and Pete took care of me. Tipped him good and got his number and I’ll be seeing him every two weeks. You want a haircut go to Supercuts or something. A good barber like Pete can have you walking out feeling like a new man. I suspect the Karen’s in these other reviews have similar experiences anywhere they go. The gentlemen I met today were just that. Gentleman and professnals.

My 19 year old son has used this place a few times & they’ve done an amazing job each time, so I took my 12 year old son in for a cut. We were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. After waiting the 30 minutes, we were THEN told we had to sign in & it would be another wait & that they would text us when they were ready for us. We signed in & walked through other parts of the mall for an hour. We finally received a text that they were ready; however, upon returning, we were ignored, as the barbers were too consumed with a basketball game on TV. After waiting another 30 minutes, we watch a black gentlemen walk in & immediately get service, so we just left. This place does awesome cuts, but seriously needs to work on their customer service skills, professionalism, & racist attitude!

Call at 6 and asked if they were busy and would have time to give me a cut. They said they had plenty of time and weren’t busy at all. Showed up at 630 they took one look at me and the color of my skin and told me they wouldn’t have time. They were open until 9. When I walked by later there were 5 new customers either waiting or in the chairs already.

Critical: ProfessionalismI took my brain injured nephew for a haircut. I was told that they do not do straight hair. Yet, I went back as suggested by the hair cutter to see if someone else had come in. The same guy was cutting a white mans straight hair. I will be contacting my attorney as this is ridiculous and discriminatory.

Went to get my boys (19mo old twins) hair cut … was told we could walk around the mall and would be texted when they were ready for us … after walking around for 45 min … we went back to have to sign in again … sat for another 30 min … saw someone walk in and get seated almost right away and still waited … ended up giving up … kinda sad because I wanted to get my boys looking right and ended up wasting an hour and a half for nothing …
