Critical: Quality, ValueI was sent a promotional $25 off service for moving. So I went to get my hair trimmed. The woman who cut my hair did a terrible job! My hair was very long and I explained I only wanted to take a little off. Not only did she layer all of my hair but it was so choppy and terribly done. I left the salon and was in tears. I was sent a promotional $25 off service for moving. So I went to get my hair trimmed. The woman who cut my hair did a terrible job! My hair was very long and I explained I only wanted to take a little off. Not only did she layer all of my hair but it was so choppy and terribly done. I left the salon and was in tears. The stylist only colored part of my hair and cut it where the dye stopped. The color she supposedly wrote down was completely off! She had to process my hair again and I could smell it burning. Worst experience ever!
