5 stars! I have had my hair done by KENDRA and she is Awesome! I usually bring in a photo to give her an idea, but it’s like she already knows what I want and how to make it look spectacular. She works quickly (I Love That!) is very professional & knowledgeable about hair types, products, etc. I like that I can chit-chat with her while she is working on my hair or Not if I’m having social anxiety that day & I’ve never felt awkward with her. This is a usually very busy salon, but they have been able to work me in more than once, in just a walk and setting. Which is so appreciated because my job sometimes doesn’t allow me to keep appointments.

do not come here if you have textured curly hair. i don’t know why i always seem to throw a bone to this salon, but the last two times i have been there for hair services in the past year and a half they have ruined my hair. first was when they let me walk out of the salon with bleach blonde hair on the underside of my bright red hair. i went today (12/13/22) to just get curl damage cut off along with a few extra inches cut off. i showed whoever it was to cut my hair literal pictures of myself from earlier in the year, explained to her that i just want three inches cut off all around, and she still managed to mess my hair up. in no world should they feel okay to cut natural curly hair if they are not capable to do as such. the woman who cut my hair cut it as if i had straight hair and i now have to spend more money fixing a problem that they caused.

The staff is incredibly talented and friendly. They know their job and love it! They’re dedicated to the community in which they service and provide exceptional service at a fair price. I was just another random walk in, but I was treated as though they’ve known me forever and were quick to make me at ease in what was a new environment to me. I’ve never had my hair professionally colored and it’s only my second experience having it cut. The stylist more than exceeded my expectations and my hair came out gorgeously! Every single staff member there was genuinely awesome up to and including the owner. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

This salon needs to get their system in order. I moved back to Sedalia and was a returning customer. They booked me under a new name instead of the old one when I came back. I went for a second appointment and was told about the mistake as my previous stylist was no longer with them. The stylist and I laughed it off. I set an appointment a few weeks later for tomorrow and upon the appointment arriving I never received a text. I called them to confirm the appointment and the woman was very rude on the phone and told me I had not visited there salon in two years and there was no appointment for me. My contact information had been updated and I’ve changed it in the past year. I have a confirmation text from feb this year of my last appointment. That’s fine. I’m glad I followed up before my appointment, I would hate them to embarrass me at the front desk. I would rather drive longer and pay more money for better service at salon ego!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis is by far the best place I have been to and I have traveled to several hair salons to get proper treatment. All the stylist are professional and treat you like you are their family. Quin is my favorite stylist and she also does an outstanding job on my nails each month. This is by far the best place I have been to and I have traveled to several hair salons to get proper treatment. All the stylist are professional and treat you like you are their family. Quin is my favorite stylist and she also does an outstanding job on my nails each month. I am very pleased with this salon and even when I move from town I will continue to travel here to get nails, hair, etc.

Really unprofessional staff when she came up to me she says “there not that bad” like if you come to a place and spend money on something they claim to specialize in you would expect it to be a good job. Asher loves Meghan D! She was amazing with him and I love how well she did with his haircut. It’s always nice to meet moms who can relate with getting a squirmy toddler to sit during a haircut. We definitely recommend her and we will be coming back!
