I got a digital perm there a few days ago and it just took way longer than it should have. It took four hours for something that should have taken two and a half max. My stylist david was great however he left me halfway through my perm to take another client(who just did a cut so he couldve stopped mid way and work on my hair since I was there first and perming is time sensitive). I know this happens often in a busy salon but he did not manage his time very well. Because of this, my stylist told the shampoo lady to start neutralizing my hair which i dont think she was supposed to because she didnt do it evenly. Now one side of my hair looks beautiful while the other side is losing curls and is flat. I also didnt wash my hair after the perm for more than 48 hours. Its kinda ridiculous how how this happened and how the shampoo lady basically finished my hair half way when she wasnt supposed to because my stylist didnt time manage. They ended up giving me a free treatment which i didnt ask for and ended up taking more time. I paid $300 +$60 tip to end up with flat curls and some strands are basically straight.

It was the best decision to go there for my short haircut. All the staffs were very nice and warming. I got a tremendous haircut from, Brian! To be honest I was very anxious about my new short haircut because of my previous experiences. After coming here I am so satisfied with my new haircut. Thanks to Brain who suggested me the hairstyle that suits me very well. It was a very nice experience there. I am definitely going there again for my next haircut!

I decided to try this salon out since I had a wedding the next day and I needed to get my hair done. I called and they were able to assist me last minute and we’re very nice. I feel like the language barrier really didn’t help. I have curly hair, I wanted layers and curtains bangs. I showed the stylist and the receptionist pictures on what I wanted and the length. He gave me a straight cut with regular bangs. If you don’t understand what the client is asking for do not take on the cut. Once you cut the hair you can’t put it back. The receptionist clearly explained layers to him and he still gave me a straight cut. I know if I would have gotten the layer I ask for the cut would have looked nice. They didn’t use any product to protect hair from heat damage nothing. It’s very unfortunate this happened because the salon is very cute and they are nice people.

My son got a hair cut today it was first time. My son was very satisfied with his haircut and hair stylist was Brian he knows what he’s doing it was amazing and staffed are very friendly. We’ll definitely coming again next time.Thank you Brian!!

I booked an appt at 12 and when I came in everyone looked at me but never greeted or even said hi esp the owner Amy she completely acted like I wasn’t there and continued on with her book, after I went to get a wash it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good they be making you lose brain cells with that wash after I washed I went to get a haircut and perm it was good until I went home and checked out how it looked and I noticed when it’s dry my hair cut was actually uneven along with the fact the perm didn’t stay. The whole left side of my hair was straight whole the right was curlier…I called them but it’s like they had blocked me by not picking up my phone calls unlike before I went to them , terrible service edit … actually let me rewrite it about how it’s only the owner Amy . EVERYONE ELSE The lady with blonde hair is soooo nice and amazing 10/10 go to her

Expensive and not worthy! Stylist can’t even understand what customer’s need. Tried to explain what I want for my haircut and show him the picture of what I expected. The stylist did not even communicated with me just said ok. He need translator in order to understand what I was saying. But even after someone explained in their home language, he still don’t know what I am saying and what I want. And try to finish the haircut as soon as possible.
