Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy wife made an appointment which I heard on speaker phone. When she arrived she was told she did not have an appointment. They turned her away. My wife is disabled and had our son help her in with her walker. She hasn’t been to a hairdresser since last year and was really looking forward to it.There was an empty chair but they still did not take her. It also never occurred to them to suggest rescheduling. And all this with an attitude. Complete disappointment..My wife and each ran 2 separate businesses prior to retirement. The owner of this business who responded below obviously knows nothing of the most basic elements of… well, anything related to business or human decency. In her response she neglects to respond to the fact that it never occurred to her, the owner, to reschedule nor address the insulting attitude my wife was subjected to. So, in addition to this unbusinesslike treatment at multiple levels, even her response is a complete disappointment.
