I noticed another review said walk-ins aren’t always welcome – I would definitely say it’s best to text or call before coming in! The girls are nice and my haircuts are always good. I am a guy who gets a plain haircut and like most guys, do not make appointments.. What REALLY stinks though is that they have a giant sign outside the front door that says “Walk ups welcome!” However, it’s not true. 8 out of 10 times you walk in, you are either turned away because there is no one there, or you have to sit and wait while they scramble someone up to cut your hair. They really should take the sign down, or at the very least make it say, “Walk ups really not welcome because we really prefer appointments” –or– “Walk ups welcome if you are willing to wait a good while because we may not have anyone here with an open slot in their schedule.”

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months with excellent cuts until my last 2 visits. My last haircut one side of my hair was cut a good inch and a half shorter than the other. I told the stylist and I came back in and she fixed it. Problem solved. But, I came in for a bang trim yesterday. I have blunt bangs, but instead of cutting slightly shorter in the middle and longer towards the sides, I was given “U” shaped bangs, with longer middle and shorter sides, cut way too far back on the sides, with one side shorter than the other. I’ve tried to contact my stylist and have heard nothing. Unfortunately, I am completely done with this place as I’ve had to go to another salon to fix the damage.
