I had the best experience here. They were quick and efficient. I didn’t have a appointment and they still saw me right away. I had my face waxed and a pedicure. Vina did both and she was the absolute sweetest. If I lived close by, I would always come to them.

If you’re thinking about coming here because of the good ratings, don’t! Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or what the case was but I went in for a mani pedi and ended up with an infected toe days later… The girls were too rough and made me and the person I came in with bleed on our big toes. These toes are now infected on both of us. Not sure if the tools were cleaned right. The mani was okay, again though they were not very careful and cut our skin with the drills.

Worst nails for me personally. My nail shape was too thick, uneven on the ends and not smooth on the surface. The nail tech didn’t even clean up under the nail so there was chunks of product I pulled off when I left. I couldn’t wait to wash my hands when I got home because my hands felt gritty and greasy. The shop is an unwelcoming mess. Stations were unkept, floors were messy, felt like it was still under reconstruction or remodeling.

First time here. I needed a full set for my brothers wedding on the. I went to 3 other salons. Heidi’s were the only ones who were able to accommodate me. They were fast and very nice. Would definitely go back.

I drove from King City to get a full set and it took a long time to get my nails done only for all of them to fall off within the next couple of hours and they were very bumpy and uneven. Paid $40 hoping to get a refund.
