I have never left a review before, but i feel super inclined to share how great my experience was at The Hair Lounge. Izzy is AMAZING. Izzy made me feel super comfortable, welcomed, and they were extremely open with talking about my hair history. I was included in deciding what we did with my hair, and during the process Izzy explained everything they were doing so that I could replicate it after walking out of the salon. Instead of coloring my hair, Izzy explained why I might not need to get my hair colored, so I could save money and also let me hair rest from being bleached. Most hair stylists would dye your hair regardless, just so they could make more money and you would have to see them more often. Izzy truly cares about the client rather than just the profit. Also, I never knew how to style my curly hair before going to Izzy, but they were able to cut my hair in a way that accentuated my curls. I have had nightmare hair salon experiences, so it is really great to now have someone I trust who is truly a hair expert and a great person. Thanks so much, Izzy. I’ll be back!

Izzy did an amazing job correcting a bad haircut that I had received from another salon. She listened to what I wanted and worked with me to give me a great cut! She was also incredibly easy and fun to talk to. I will definitely be back and am excited I found someone that I can trust to do a great job!

I love this place!! Everyone is so nice and there’s just an overall accepting and warm environment. Having my hair cut here has been life changing. Before coming here, I always thought that it was normal to hate your haircut once the stylist is done. However, Izzy and Caroline showed me that it wasn’t the case! I originally wanted to come to this salon because it had a great first visit coupon. My visit was with Izzy and she made it such a great experience! We had great conversations and I overall had a great time. Good enough that I wanted to visit again a few months later! My second visit was with Caroline and I wanted to cut my hair very short. Caroline did a great job and made me feel so great during the appointment. I can’t wait to come back!

I accidentally scheduled my appointment for the wrong day but Stacey made time for me and did an amazing job cutting quite a bit off my hair and making my feel so comfortable while doing so.
