Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for my daughter’s haircut before school in August for a touch up on her pixie cut. She saw Amy again. Everything was good until she went to buzz the neck area. She snapped my daughters gold necklace. She asked where it was from and then made a comment about “at least it wasn’t from Kay’s.” (This necklace meant alot to her) She didn’t offer to cover to fix it or discount off the haircut. She blamed on my daughter for not taking it off before the haircut. I will never return to her. I went in for my daughter’s haircut before school in August for a touch up on her pixie cut. She saw Amy again. Everything was good until she went to buzz the neck area. She snapped my daughters gold necklace. I have been getting my lashes done for years, and no lash artist compares to Jody! Not only is the service very pleasant and efficient, but there is also an undeniable positive and fun energy when you walk into the salon! I was very happy with my lashes and am happy to say I’ve been a consistent customer for the past two years. Not only does she use the highest quality of lashes, but she also has them at a very reasonable price!

Absolutely the best place in Norman to get a new style. They took me at the last minute even though they were going to close. Cindy Armstrong took the time to ask me questions about my hair, talk about the texture and feel of my hair and what she felt would look good. Showing me how to style my hair was important so I could look as good the next day as I walked out the salon. Great prices and I will most definitely be going back for a new color. Fabulous!!

I think this place keeps very good hairstylists on staff. Haley is my hair dresser, and she is wonderful. At my last appointment I was excited to see that they are doing some updating and remodeling to the salon as well, and it was looking very chic!

Amy did an awesome job!!! My pixie is so edgy and my color is perfection!!! All the girls in Mystique are so friendly and know their stuff!!! Not too mention the Amika they sell is the best hair stuff I’ve ever used!!! 10/10!!!

$200 for lashes???? Sorry, but no one should pay that much. You can still get high quality lashes that don’t cost the same at a car note… I have not gone to this salon, and I probably won’t if these are the prices. Such a shame.
