Her team (shoutout Becca!❤️) always goes above and beyond to make you feel beautiful and they are REALLY GOOD at what they do! I’ve tried just about every type of extension/installation technique out there and Jessica’s technique is by far the most comfortable and longest lasting. Also the hair quality is AMAZING! I’ve been using my current hair for literally 22 months and it’s still in great condition. 100000% worth the investment. My life is better because I’m more confident thanks to these ladies

As of today I’ve never been so amazed with my hair, I have gotten bangs in the past(somewhere different) but they were curtain, and they didn’t turn out the way I wanted. But I found TheHairLab and wanted to take my chance with wispy bangs and I DO NOT regret it! They were awesome! The environment was super friendly and up lifting. I booked an online appointment for “partial blonding services”. I went with Becca because her rate was listed at $215, a little less than Jessica’s rate and she had better availability. When I arrived, I waited about 15 minutes to be seen for my 1:30 appointment. Once in the chair, Becca began to lay out the additional costs that would be associated with doing my hair that day. She stated that the starting price was $245, the same as Jessica’s, not $215 as their website stated. Anyway, since I traveled almost 2 hours for this appointment, I wasn’t going to quibble over $30.
