I paid $250 for my wife to get her hair colored, lady was Emily btw, my wife showed her pictures of the hair color she wanted which was supposed to be a burgundy to pink and ended up as a gross brown to orange. Manager initially offered to fix for free then changed her mind and said no fixing, no refunds. Store owner seconded that. You know it’s bad when you have to rely on Walmart to fix something a supposedly high rated salon messed up. Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend anything more than a trim for these ladies. Or any customers of Emily especially.

Be careful who you let cut your bangs here, they messed up the triangle and my hair is cut farther back on one side than the other. Leaving one side feathered and not the other. Worst thing is the lady who cut my hair was training a new girl. Haircut
