Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in yesterday to be brought back from blonde to my natural color. The girl who helped me dyed my hair BLACK. It looks so so bad it actually brought tears to my eyes. I called the salon twice, and there was no answer. I then texted the number asking for a refund or a partial refund. I was denied a refund as I sit in tears looking at my horrible gothic looking hair. I work in the service industry and I understand it can be tough so I wasn’t rude at all. However, they should have handled this very differently. They have completely ruined my hair. I came in yesterday to be brought back from blonde to my natural color. The girl who helped me dyed my hair BLACK. It looks so so bad it actually brought tears to my eyes. I called the salon twice, and there was no answer. I then texted the number asking for a refund or a partial refund.
