I am from Ohio and was visiting my son’s family to help with newborn baby. Was here for month of August and needed my roots covered & a trim. Found Hair Factor online and called to make an appt with whoever could help me out. I had my color #s with me from my regular beautician and gave it to Tabatha. She did an awesome job and I love how she trimmed it. Price was same as I pay in Ohio. Would definitely recommend this salon!!

I went to The Hair Factor to get a pedicure and color my hair. The manicurist was very professional and gentle with my feet! I have neuropathy in my feet and legs! She was wonderful! My hairdresser is very professional and does a super good job regardless of what I ask! She always pleases me!
