Friendly, helpful, and patient. I called one morning (5/16/17) trying to schedule an appointment for that week and within in hour I got a call back from Shannon and she was able to squeeze me in that morning. I was so excited because I was trying to get my hair done before my birthday (5/26) and I had called every place in Troutman the day before trying to get an appointment for sometime that week, but no luck everyone was booked (for prom season). I got highlights done and they look amazing. Thank you Shannon for working with me and doing an amazingly awesome job.
