I’ve tried for 2 years to get an appointment for a highlight. Finally got an appointment and she left town for 9 months and never fulfilled my appointment. After she returned I made an appointment again and she canceled on me 3 times. On one instance I had a bang trim and she rescheduled 3 times. My appointment was at 5 pm and she texted me at 4:55, stating she had already left for the day and “forgot” about it even though she rescheduled my trim 3 times on the same day. Shauna is not on time, reschedules constantly and never fulfills her obligations. Very horrible service

I had such a great experience with Shauna at Salon Edge, it’s been 6 years since I’ve colored my hair and I can’t even express how much I love my new look! I went in there slightly unsure what I wanted to do, she was very patient and kind, She helped me pick the perfect color for the Balayage I decided to go with! She answered all my questions professionally and knowledgeably. She has a fun personality, great conversations and the atmosphere is perfect along with the view! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! She will definitely be seeing my head of hair again I HIGHLY recommend Shauna!
