I have been getting my hair cut at Mane Tamer for many years. Lynn will always ask about problem areas or what I want to try before starting to cut and I’m always happy with the outcome. Marty (the shop’s owner) also gives a great cut. His sense of humor is worth a seat in his chair. My mother and my husband are both customers at Mane Tamer as well. The entire staff make the customers fell like family.

The stylist didn’t bother to show up for my appointment or call to say she was running late; there was an *incredibly* loud woman who talked (shouted, really) nonstop for the entire 15 minutes I waited and I finally walked out. I would think they would want to impress a first-time client, and from what I saw of the shop they are non-too-busy. I made it clear when I booked that I was looking to establish with a stylist, having just moved here from out of town, but I’m unimpressed.
