Tried setting up a appointment on a slow day and was told they are booked, booked for 2 days later and came to apportionment 10 minutes early and doors were locked and no one even at the business. And waited almost a hr after scheduled time. Unbelievable. And then was told we weren’t on schedule after just scheduling the appointment a few days prior. Do not recommend.

My first visit and it was wonderful. Sara did an amazing job with my hair color. By far the best experience I’ve ever had. A lot of times I feel like an inconvenience to the person doing my hair ,seems like every one is in such a hurry, Sara is very focused and makes you feel important with every detail. I love my hair!! I called an hour before hand and they got me in within an hour. When I got there there was no wait. Mindi Brerends washed my hair before hand (great products used). I got about 3 inches cut off which is exactly what I asked for and it looks great. She then blow dried and styled my hair. Mindi was very kind and kept a great conversation going. 10/10 recommend.
