She cares so much about how comfortable her clients are with their hair and will always go the extra mile to make sure your wants and needs are met. I speak from years of experience with her lol. Courtney is amazing. I drive 1.5 hours to keep seeing her. I’ve followed her from another salon to The Hair Company. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hot towel for treatments is a nice touch. Honestly though, I’d follow Courtney just about anywhere at this point.

I see Jennifer, she is outstanding and goes the extra mile. Your not going to find better talent than at this place. Sitting in the chair while she dyed my hair I watch the others work sometime and every client who gets up to walk out look like they have movie star hair. Seriously I have lived all over in many big cities and they could hold their own in any of them.

Not a good place to get your hair colored you hand them a picture tell them this is what you want you tell them that you don’t like dark colors then 230.00 later you come out with dark brown hair you never had as long as you have lived then they all lie and tell you the color you been using in a box at sallys isn’t blonde they will cheat you out of alot of money and not think twice about it and when you get upset and tell them you can’t even go to your job like that they basically laugh at you and still charge you 230.00 for a total screw up that has damaged my hair will never use this place again and I’m sure alot of people have had the same problem with this company. WOW the owner or Jennifer just sent me a email lying about everything now that is what i call low and bad business practices
