I loved my most recent visit. I got the ends of my hair bleached blond. The lady who did it, did a good job. There was a very stands that weren’t bleached, but the lady had told me she hadn’t been there long. However I have been here to get a hair cut and the lady was very rude doing my hair. I just wanted an inch and she cut about 2 1/2. Im not too mad about it, because I know hairdressers are different views on length. It was more of the fact of how rude the woman was.

Well everything went really well at first. Amy was kind enough to take me as a walk in for a color correction as she had had someone cancel. We had a great rapport, and she was very polite until the end of my services. After my hair was dried I saw very little difference from when I walked in and I mentioned that. She said “well there’s no charge today, but don’t come back to my shop”. She turned mean in ab instant with just that sentence! I insisted on at least paying for the cut shampoo and blow-dry, which in hindsight I shouldn’t have done that after her comment. She became very nasty and incredibly unprofessional. I had planned on coming back to her after my hair rested to see if we could do more color correction, but I’ll never step foot in that shop again!
