Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am relatively new to the area, and chose THCC based on location. In 2 years, I have never been able to book the same hairdresser more than once. They all quit or get fired….even the receptionists are always different. Last haircut cost 75$ and looked like a 4 th grader cut my hair with safety scissors. Total hack job! Thankfully when I called the owner offered to fix it, and did so. Not a good experience to go through…total waste of time and money. I am relatively new to the area, and chose THCC based on location. In 2 years, I have never been able to book the same hairdresser more than once. They all quit or get fired….even the receptionists are always different. Last haircut cost 75$ and looked like a 4 th grader cut my hair with safety scissors. Total hack job! Thankfully when I called the owner offered to fix it, and did so. Not a good experience to go through…total waste of time and money. I will never go back.

Critical: Quality, ValueI was impressed by the website and the ability to book an appointment online. This place was highly rated, and couldn’t wait to try a new place. I arrive to the appointment and was greeted kindly. My appointment was on schedule. I get to the chair and let the stylist know that I want my roots covered and a partial highlight to brighten me up. I want a LIGHT trim including the bangs. My hairstylist did not say a word to me throughout the appointment! But that was ok, thought maybe she was shy. As I watched her foil and do my root color it became apparently she was either new or not very skilled. We go to the sink to wash my hair out, even her washing skills left lots to be desired considering the quality of the salon that is promoted on the website. She performs the cut. She butchered my bangs… but still I am saying, they grow quick.. it’s ok. She starts the blow dry and it becomes more apparent that she is not a quality hairdresser. The color looks good from afar… and say ok the cut will grow out. I walk to the front register and notice that my left side is visibly longer than the right…. VISIBLY! Back to the chair we go….I leave after paying my 209.00 bill. Get in my car and start running my hands through my hair… there is this gross sticky residue at the nape of my neck all through the bottom layer of my hair. Not sure if it was shampoo or hair color that was not washed out. Then I get home and check my roots closer, and the grey is not covered on the left side of my head.It was a waste of 209.00 and my time… and as a reward, I have a silly looking haircut and shoddy color at best! I was impressed by the website and the ability to book an appointment online. This place was highly rated, and couldn’t wait to try a new place. I arrive to the appointment and was greeted kindly.
