Kaitlynn was fabulous, got exactly what I asked for, when usually when I go places they mess my hair up and I don’t get what I want. Not here you get what you ask for, she gets you. Best experience. I LOVE the Hair Chateau!!!! I have been going there for a year now and have had about every service! She is excellent at coloring and cutting my hair. It comes out perfect everytime! I have had mani’s and pedi’s both were super relaxing!! She has so many different colors to choose from and lot of cute nail art to select as well! I also have her wax my eyebrows and she does well at that too! I would recommend The Hair Chateau to anyone she takes her time with all the services and really makes you feel pampered!
