I took my 75 year old special needs aunt to the hair chair for a last minute appointment on Friday afternoon. She had a hair emergency to address her severely matted hair. She was immediately seen by Patience who lived up to her name during her entire appointment with my aunt. Not only did Patience manage to demat and untangle my aunt’s hair with skill and gentleness, she also managed my aunt’s irritable attitude with empathy and kindness. I’m extremely grateful both to Patience and the entire Hair Chair team who helped my aunt get her hair back into a healthy state and made us feel so welcome.
