Critical: QualityI went in for a consultation and showed them a photo of the balayage I wanted. The hairdresser said she could do it, no problem so I booked my appointment. The day of my appointment, I arrived on time for my 9:30 AM appointment, the hairdresser did not arrive until almost 9:50 AM. She looked at the photo again and got started. After several hours and a few more requests to look at the photo, the top of my hair was blonde, no contrast, no highlights, just blonde. The bottom was pitch black. She had to use a toner to darken it. I was literally in tears. The hairdresser said “well I can’t read your mind”…. She didn’t need to read my mind since I showed them a photo of what I wanted several times. I finally left at almost after 4PM with nothing like what I wanted.
