Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for 12pm, got there at 11:55am and picked out my color for my nails by 12. Went up to the desk and no one came over. No one said Hello what are doing here? Nothing. I sat down in a waiting chair and after not being even acknowledged for 20 minutes I left.

I was really disappointed about this experience. As a first time walk in I understand there is a potential wait, but between the lack of communication and rushed pedicure I got I’m more disappointed that the pedicure isn’t even lasting more then a week and my toe nails weren’t even addressed beyond polish.

Got my nails done here 2 weeks ago. I went early, on a weekday, thinking what a great time to go. I had a coupon for an acrylic full set. I walked in and presented my coupon. A woman started on my nails but was quickly interrupted with a number of phone calls to answer, while another woman and the owner sat around. I felt uncomfortable and not relaxed AT ALL. While in the chair another frequent customer walked in to get her nails done. I did not set an appointment bcuz the coupon said walk ins welcome. Obviously this woman had an appointment and was eager to get started. So, the woman doing my nails pushed me off to the other woman for my polish and payment. During this time I noticed you could not pay the tip on your card which was fine bcuz I always double up the next time. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. My nails were done in a rush, my polish was globbed on and took forever to dry. I’m sorry but the owner could’ve answered the phone. And beings that it was made clear it was my first time, you’d think they would make my experience a pleasant one.

I was trying to explore new hair salon, but I didn’t even try bc a woman who answered the phone was unkind and rude while just making an appointment. She even hung up the phone as I was saying my phone number. So I just canceled the appointment right away. Shame that others in the studio didn’t even get a chance to do their jobs.

They were very nice and took there time my nails looked great however after less than a week my gel tips popped off with no force this has happened both times I have gone! Over all great experience but bummer my nails wouldn’t stay on.
