Been coming for 3 years and a new woman was hired. I wanted a trim a style. Everyone there is usually super sweet but this new woman was super quiet and I had to initiate all conversation. It seemed like she didn’t really want to cut my hair. I have naturally really curly hair and I don’t know what to do with it since I lost 90% of it. I had brunch to go to right after which I communicated a lot and I asked for advice on styling my curls after the cut. She starts blow drying and undoing all my curls with a brush. I politely informed her that I want to style my natural curls. So she sprayed my hair with water and said I was all done. I was shocked because I had told her I had brunch right after and she left me with wet hair but I didn’t say anything. I felt like she wanted me to leave. Was disappointed from the usual service I receive. I even asked her that I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed but she just told me the person who does it but couldn’t give me more information about it.

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Liz. This was the first time I had my eyebrows tinted, Liz took time to explain the process to me, she was very friendly and professional, loved her work. This was my first time at this salon and it will be my go to from now on. The receptionist was also very courteous and professional.

My scheduled appt was canceled by “miscommunication” within the salon. I was already waiting 1.5 months for this appt and now they were wanting to reschedule at the end of October. (Total of 3.5 months for a Saturday appt.)Very disappointed when I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this salon. As a busy mom/wife I was looking forward to this much needed pampering but let down. Not dependable and don’t recommend if you value your time. Sorry but that’s not how you treat customers. And I know the response from salon is going to be “we are sorry” and “we offered this and that” but having to wait an additional 2 months for y’all’s mistake is kinda unacceptable. Hope this doesn’t happen again especially if someone is depending on a hair appointment for a special day.

I come here often to get my eyebrows threaded and everyone in there is so nice! My brows always look perfect when I leave and I’m never there for more than 15 minutes. I saw a woman get her brows tinted there the other day and they looked soooo good so I’m definitely going to try that and probably my lashes too! Eyebrow threading

I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN BECAUSE THESE LADIES ARE ALL SO AWESOME! They all do an amazing job on my eyebrows EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They take the time to make sure your eyebrows are PERFECT, which I truly appreciate! I am very picky about my eyebrows and I have NEVER had a complaint or a problem here.
