The Guys Place is a full service hair salon for men and boys. Our standard haircut service includes a precision haircut, shampoo & condition with hot towel treatment, eyebrow and stache trim, and a shoulder massage all in an individual station with your personal TV. If you need to wait, enjoy a cup of Larry’s Organic, Locally Roasted coffee, a handful of fresh peanuts, a huge selection of magazines, an HDTV flat screen and comfortable seating. It’s more than just haircut, its an experience to be enjoyed!

Two bad experiences at two stores. On one cut, I arrived early but the stylist was running behind schedule. When she cut my hair she spent more time talking to co-workers and trying to get reimbursed for some decoration she bought for the store. When I asked her to use a thinning shear to blend-in the cut better, she had an attitude and acted like she didn’t want to take the time to make it right. When she was done cutting, she said there was no time for my hair wash or massage service. No discount offered and I felt rushed away. I tried to give them a second chance at another store and arrived early for my scheduled appointment. I was told they did not have my reservation. When I showed them my appointment in their app and my calendar, the rude lady said they moved my appointment to an early time and sent a text message. When I asked why they didn’t call to confirm that the time change was good for me, she offered no apology and acted like it was my fault. Her reply was, “we only send text messages”. I guess I’ll just send my business somewhere else that respects their customer’s time more.

Just got a haircut asked for a few inches off and she cut it and did fine I saw what it looked like and asked if she could cut more off. This is 5 minutes into the haircut after just triming the top of my head told me if I cut anymore off I’ll have to charge you for two haircuts and again this is only few minutes into my haircut. I didn’t know you get charged twice if you asked for more cut off that’s never happened before. I come here a few times a year it’s always new people each time they can’t hold workers. They don’t care about giving you a good haircut just want to get you in and out as fast as possible to get there tip. I don’t recommend this place might as well go to great clips same quality for a cheaper price.

First time here. I absolutely love it. Customer service was amazing on the phone and in person. Made me feel like I had been there many times before. My haircut was perfect. I don’t remember her name but when I get it I’ll definitely give her a 5 star rating. Didn’t feel rushed. Walked out know I’ll be back in a couple weeks.

I have been bringing my family here for hair cut from last 2 years. It used to be good but the Service has deteriorated. They made us wait 30 mins. They have policy of if you come late your appointment is canceled and then they don’t respect our time. The quality of the stylist is not too good. From last 2 visits experiencing bad service and terrible haircuts. The stylist did shampoo with hot water and didn’t care to ask if the water temperature was ok. The service is not up to par and attitude is not friendly or can say rude.

Reached there right when a crash happened right outside the store, on that crazy exit to Zeno Rd. Entrance to the shopping area was blocked by police cars for 5-6 mins. As a result, arrived 6 mins to my appointment. Michele, the stylist, was sitting there browsing her phone but bluntly refused to take the appointment “due to policy”. Tried to explain about the crash but she cut me off – was in no mood to give up on her break. The “policy” that I read online later states that stylists will offer a haircut without a shampoo if you’re late. Instead all I got was a sour attitude with zero consideration. May seem like a one-off example, but actually pretty representative of the “don’t give a F” nature of the crew, and presumably, the management.

I brought my 10 year old son here after many bad haircuts at great clips. Yolanda did a great job with his haircut and actually listened to what I was telling her about his hair, what he wanted, and past experiences. He walked back to me smiling! Thank you, and we will be back for his next haircut!

In my last visit I was made to wait 20 extra minutes at the salon after I arrived on time. I understand sometimes delays happens and i have no concerns. Today, I was late by 10 mins and I was marked as no show and my appointment was cancelled. I request you to be consistent. You should make sure to stick to the appointment times and not make customers wait incase you are so particular about the schedule time. This is disappointing!

I left my wife and kids behind on my day off to try out this barbershop for the first time. I checked the hours online and found that this location opened at 9am. Arrived at the store to find the open sign illuminated, but the door was locked and no one answered the phone. So I wasted time with my family gas in my vehicle for nothing.
