Went for my brother’s haircut. They do good work and pay the utmost attention to the customer. It wasn’t stuffy or sterile feeling like other places, very warm and happy environment. Definitely recommend the Full Service cut. Also if it gives you an idea of the place while we were there all the customers left with a smile on their face.

I made an appointment for me and my three boys right at opening time. They were ready to go when we got there. I’d been growing my beard out for a year and it was time for a trim. Jennifer did a great job and they did a great job with all three of my boys’ haircuts too. They listened to what we wanted and cut accordingly. They take their time and do it right. If you have time, they’ll even give you a hot towel, shampoo and massage! They boys said they think we found our new place.

Worst haircut I have had in my entire life, and I’m 40. I have wavy hair and most stylists recognize this and use scissors. Even after I mentioned this to the stylist, she still used clippers. The stylist just seemed to randomly run the clippers through my hair while looking in the other direction and chatting with another stylist. When she asked me if I wanted the included shampoo, I declined. She commented that I was her fifth in a row who declined. It’s no wonder. They probably wanted to run away as fast as I did.

The girls were very nice, but the hair cut overall turned out bad, I showed her a picture of my previous haircut for reference of what i wanted, and the end result very uneven, had her try to fix it while In store then went home styled my hair and came back for her to try to fix it again when she could see the problem better, left still unhappy.
