STAY AWAY. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. After making 2 appointments for my sons via their website, we arrived on time and ready for our services. When we entered the shop we were asked what we needed and I told the barber that we had appointment to which he responded “ain’t no appointments you get in where you fit in.” Because we drive for nearly an hour to get there we decided to sit down and wait. The barber finally called my first son to the chair after nearly 45 minutes. My son asked the barber to take “1/2 inch off the top” of his 6 inch fro and taper fade the sides. After the barber was finished he had cut my sons fro down to approx 1 inch of hair. The sides were so poorly blended that I could see lines. There were tufts of uncut hair sticking out from behind both of his ears. I forgot to mention that the barber did not pick his hair before or after the cut. When he finished he sponged my son’s hair although that was never requested. Ultimately we paid for the service and left to find another barber to fix the haircut. Please avoid this business!

Literally told the guy for my fiancé’s hair that it was for our wedding in a week. And he BOTCHED IT. Rushed us, claimed he had “no change” for our cash, left my fiancé’s hair with one side faded and the other side not. Chopped his mustache off and did it very unevenly. We are disgusted with how he rushed and didn’t listen when we said this hair cut is for OUR WEDDING. We had Ross. I suggest you don’t go there.

They should really fix there board prices because the guy straight up charge me $40 over $20 for a haircut that wasn’t even that good and didn’t even cut my top hair correctly where I couldn’t even style it. I’ve been getting my hair cut in the shop for about 8 months now. I’ve been consistently going to a barber named Antoine I believe. I go for a simple undercut and at first my cuts were pretty decent. The last three times my cuts were not only poorly done but pieces of my hair that are longer were cut off. This last time I am missing larger pieces of my hair in the back that I didn’t notice until after I left the shop and had time to look at my cut fully. The most disappointing thing about my experience is that my barber has become increasingly dismissive and uncomfortably playful. He’s made comments about me not looking feminine enough or being too serious when I point out issues with the way he speaks to me as of lately. He’s said things like I should smile more and I’m sure male clients in his chair aren’t treated that way. On top of the fact that he’s very talkative and social during cuts which I believe takes away his focus on the client in his chair, I’ve been going to barber shops most of my life for cuts and designs so I’m use to a majority male vibe and to be honest the other guy’s in the shop are very chill and seem to do really good work. He’s unfortunately become very careless with the treatment of my hair and how I’m treated as a customer. In the future if I were to return I’d no longer be comfortable with him cutting me but would be open to the other barbers in the shop. I’d be happy to speak to the owner because I don’t think my barber at this point takes my concerns seriously or has the professionalism to turn my experience around. I shared a photo with him of my hair and the missing pieces and received no response. Normally I’d just stop coming but this last cut and my experience was too poor and uncomfortable not to share. Antoine is a larger brown skin gentleman with thick hair usually with two braids up the front and the rest pulled up toward the back who sits in the chair facing the front door on the left. I wouldn’t recommend him at this point.

I went here for my very first cut ever. I went from hair down to my chest, to a very low tapered fade. I spoke with Elliot prior to my decision. I told him how nervous I was. He was warm, caring and gracious. He made me feel comfortable even in the mist of extreme nervousness. Everything came out better than anticipated. He did a wonderful job.

The environment was great! The barbers know what they are doing and will work with you. My hair cut looks nice as well as others that were also there. Will definitely come back again!
