Pretty awful, worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I asked for a regular low fade with a light trim. Probably the simplest haircut possible, I got an uneven hack job. I had a lady cut mine not sure how the guys do there. Paid 32 dollars as well which is insane for what I got definitely won’t be back. Don’t suggest. Haircut

These guys are great! It’s by appointment only so you know when you got here you won’t have to wait for an hour or more(possibly not even accepted) like the “regular” barber shops. I’ve only worked with Josh there but I’ve been going every 2 weeks for the past 2 months and have yet to be disappointed. Their prices are also extremely low for the quality and assurance in the cutgyou get. $22 for a haircut with the attention to detail that these guys give is unheard of these days. Their appointment scheduling is quick and easy on their website, and I’ve found it to be readily available for my choices…I do schedule at least a week out though. This is a night and day difference to the other two “guy” grooming facilities in the Florence-Darlington area where they are always booked up for months. Give these guys a try and see for yourself.

So happy that Leslie Matthews is back in her hometown of Hartsville. I recently visited her at The Grooming Lounge Barbershop on Carolina Ave. for a much needed haircut. It was my first visit to the barbershop and I was very pleased. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxed! And Leslie’s work was awesome! She’s a skilled cosmetologist and knows all hair; men’s and women’s, but for me….she’s now the BEST BARBER IN TOWN!!!!!!!!

Awesome place. They have successfully revitalized the lost art of the barber. My grandfather used to take me to his barber in Columbia when I was young and I really loved it. This is the first time since then that I have enjoyed a haircut. Now it’s not just their ability to cut hair, it’s the environment and nostalgia of an old times barber shop that just makes it feel personal. If you are looking for a place to that barber shop experience, this is the place.
