I’ve not once been disappointed by the service. My most recent visit was for a massage with Kim and my experience from scheduling my appointment, redeeming the gift certificate my spouse gifted me, the actual massage to check out with an employee in training was world class! Positive: QualityI absolutely LOVED my facial and will definitely return! The safety guidelines were unclear until I arrived and I didn’t receive an appointment confirmation. Better communication could easily prevent confusion and enhance the experience. Other than that, I loved my time spent here!
