Jennifer, my stylist, did an excellent job! I have short hair with cowlicks. Jennifer cut my hair in a fantastic look that was easy for me to maintain. (At a reasonable price!!) She listened to my requests and delivered. The shop itself is very nice and relaxing. Brick walls, nice waiting area, a couple muted TV’s along with music playing softly in the background. Critical: QualityMy experience with this salon was very disappointing. I went to have my blonde highlights put back in all over since they were growing out. I went over this with the stylist, Madison was her name. I even showed her my pics, she seemed to under stand what I wanted before she started the process. Unfortunately she did not do the color correctly, so now my hair is about 5 shades of orangey & dirty brown shades. She tried to fix her mistake & reprocessed the top front, now it’s evident it was a poor coloring job. Mind you, she charged me $95.00 for her mistake, with no apology or offer of some type of discount for this horrendous color job. I would have never minded paying that price if the quality & color was what we had discussed in the beginning. In fact, I would have paid even more. I was just extremely disappointed in her work & I left that salon feeling terrible. I’m afraid my hair is going to fall out now. I just really thought this salon was of better quality than the likes of what I received. My experience with this salon was very disappointing. I went to have my blonde highlights put back in all over since they were growing out. I went over this with the stylist, Madison was her name.
