Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI usually don’t write reviews but because of how well they handled a mistake on their part I feel that it is necessary. I was looking for a new salon and was hoping to find a place that had more natural products which is why I was drawn to this particular salon, that and the great reviews. I asked for a cut and balayage, and that is not what I got. I called the manager and sent her pictures. She was apologetic and offered multiples ways to make it right. I decided to trust Courtney to fix my hair. She took her time when fixing it, explained everything she was doing and offered to do my hair a second time to make sure it was done correctly. People make mistakes, I understand this, but not every business handles their mistakes correctly. I usually don’t write reviews but because of how well they handled a mistake on their part I feel that it is necessary. I was looking for a new salon and was hoping to find a place that had more natural products which is why I was drawn to this particular salon, that and the great reviews. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI used the Green Room for 2 wedding looks (as bride)- for both my wedding ceremony Sept 2020 and later a vow renewal/reception in March 2021. Melanie was amazing! She traveled on site both times and she arrived early and took great care of me and my mother-in-law. She was professional and fun, and we both loved our looks. I had hair and makeup done both times.
