Arrived during open hours, lit up “OPEN” sign and a sign out the front door starting theyre open. Door is locked, no one inside, no one answers the phone. Sat and waited quite some time and saw many others try and leave. Finally showed up, spoke with her and she said she didn’t have time as she was running late already. Poor service, do not recommend.

Made an appointment verbally last week and she put me down for this morning at 8am. I also booked online to be safe. She cancels my appointment online so I arrive at the shop because I’m thinking maybe she cancelled because I verbally booked with her plus they never answer their phones so how do you know?? I see another stylist and asked if she was here and she said she was sorry but she’s not coming in today. This was very unprofessional to not call your clients to let them know you’re not coming. I was hoping this would be our go to place for our family but not now.
