I got a manicure. The woman was really nice and did a good job. I guess I kind of expected to get hot towels and a hand massage or something but maybe that’s not the standard at nail places. I really don’t know, as I’m not a frequent nail person. I got the shellac and she did a good job.

Very nice! Pleasant foot-jacuzzi, sugar rub on your feet and calves and a foot massage to top it off. Then you get a buff, cuticles trimmed and a selection of great colors for the polish. The nail techs are nice and talented. I’ve seen some fantastic art on other people’s nails. Everyone is very nice, especially my tech, Kate. Not the fastest, but it’s time well spent, it shows in the quality of her work. Massages available, too. Highly recommended. Five stars.

Respectfully if you are looking for a Brazilian I would 100% go elsewhere. They only have hard wax and I think their wax is bad bc it took many many many rips to get one strip off because the wax kept coming apart. I’m not sure why but my hair was more so just breaking and it left a ton of hair. I am a Brazilian vet and I’ve never had an experience so bad, it was pure torture, litteraly I almost cried. She burned me the whole time even after I told her she was burning me she just went straight from the wax warmer to my skin everytime. I’m not even sure the wax lady knows what a good experience is, she spoke like Brazilians are just tourture, and she said the in grown hairs detour her as well and if you’ve had a good wax person you know the experience does not have to be that rough, and you should not be getting ingrown hairs like that. Now my skin down there is all messed up witch is not normal for me. That was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, definitely the experiencei never wanted to have. However the lady that did it was so nice, she was such an awesome lady I hate to leave this review but my experience was horrible. I would 100% go back to her for a facial or something like that but I’m just gonna have to make the drive for a good Brazilian.

Diane is the bee’s knees!!! First of all, she’s a waxing pro! I’ve been waxing for over a decade and trust me, The Grand is lucky to have her. Second of all, her knowledge with all things skin is endless. I’ve experienced a PCA peel and a Hydrafacial under her care and my fussy skin has improved greatly. I will be a client of Diane’s from now on.
