Went today for keratin and I wanted the one with formaldehyde not the amino acid “safer” one. To each his own, but there aren’t a lot of places that still do the real keratin. My salon impressions recommended The Grand to do my keratin with the owner whose name starts with an F and I can’t for the life of me spell or pronounce it but she was AMAZING! I have female pattern hair loss and psoriasis on my scalp and my hair is so thin (used to be thick) I was nervous to do it but she did an amazing job!! I am never going anywhere else! And I called a few places she was cheaper (not cheap but cheaper). Definitely recommend!!

Terrible service, I booked the day before for me and my daughter, they told me a price, the day I went to get it cut, the owner told me another one, ok I accepted, I asked for a cut and the lady made another one, she ruined my hair, she made the cut that she wanted , not to mention my daughter’s cut that were the ends and they still managed to leave it crooked, and the best is yet to come charged me more to dry than to cut it, I never go through the door of this place again. Jesus, I dont know how I can fix my hair.
