The girls here are absolutely AMAZING! Everyone is extremely professional, very prompt , and awesome at what they do. The atmosphere is very welcoming and cozy. There are so many services that they offer and the staff is very educated as well as informative on them all. I’ve had several different services and treatments at The Grand Resort’s Med Spa and I’ll never go anywhere else. I was very nervous about laser hair removal, trying a chemical peel and getting botox, but the girls there eased all of my anxiety. I never experienced any pain or discomfort and the results I’ve achieved by following their recommended treatment plan are truly life-changing. Talk about first class! The staff is very helpful and courteous. Not “salesy” or “pushy” at all, like some med spas I have heard about, and they listen to your concerns to make sure to give you the best treatments to match those concerns. I’ve had multiple treatments with several of the providers and have been thrilled with the personalized recommendations and results on all of them! VERY highly recommend this place to anyone who wants first class service with excellent results!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, from the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted by friendly faces that get you checked in to the wonderful rest of the staff it has been the best experience. I have had Botox, lip fillers and going for a glow facial this week. Kelsey , Heidi, Alex and Mary are all so sweet and amazing at what they do! I won’t be going anywhere else.

I came in for two separate services. Botox to smooth out some fine lines in my forehead and around my eyes and, later, for the Total Skin Solution to reduce the appearance of some old acne scarring. I was very impressed with the results of both treatments. I’ve had sublative laser for my acne scarring in the past, and the Total Skin Solution completely blew it out of the water. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explain procedures beforehand and take the time to answer questions and make their patients feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Grand Resort Medspa, and I plan to return for more services in the future.
