DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I booked a week in advance to get a facial. Got a confirmation for Sunday. Showed up on time and Elena never showed up. I called multiple times and texted. I received no response. I’m really frustrated because she wasted my time and gas. If she wasn’t going to be able to make it a simple response would have been ok but to be completely ghosted is very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money here, I’m also very surprised by all the positive reviews. This was very unacceptable.

Already smaller pores the next day and my skin was so hydrated. Would definitely recommend her if you’re in the area. Park in the rear.
