Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went to Nikki a few times after the prior owner left. Her prices are higher than the last person. Also her prices are higher than other studios in the area. If you get a color not no cut, you are still charged for a color and cut because she said it makes it easier.Last time I went, I asked her not to cut my bangs. She is chatting away and grabs my bangs to cut and I had to yell louder than her talking to get her attention. I think she was embarrassed so she yelled at me and told me she could have stabbed me. I think a professional stylist should have good control over her scissors to avoid accidental stabbings, especially if they know they startle easy.She cancelled all upcoming appointments and the business closed for a number of weeks. I never rescheduled the cancelled appointment. I went to a different salon. First three times with Nikki, I was happy with the color. This latest was mid July, five days before my big 60th birthday bash and my hair ended up orange. She acknowledged it “pulled differently” and was a strange color but insisted she did nothing wrong. I asked her to highlight or do anything to tone it down. She never responded. I will never return.
