My family and I have been going to The Golden Nail for years. The owners are always so sweet to us. They welcome myself, my husband, my 7 year old and 18 month old. Coming to the salon is one of the favorite things to do. They have great customer service skills and we have loved every service we have gotten. My 1st visit here, and a great one! Right off the Monon, so I just walked there. A sweet husband and wife team that made sure I got exactly what I wanted, could afford and most importantly…something I could maintain going forward. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and when I told her I didn’t like the nails she screamed at me and said I never showed her that picture.she needs to fix her attitude. Tried to make me pay $150 for this. Save your money Acrylic nails

From the top: parking is easy, vibe is calming, chairs are comfy. Sara is cute and funny and communicates prices, wants/needs, well. She offered me the remote to watch tv. Gave me a bottle of water for a tickle in my throat and checked and re-checked my acrylics for uniformity multiple times. She explains why she does what she does. With a smile. She didn’t knick a single cuticle or hurt me once. Sterilization equipment can be spotted from the doorway. Some people just like leaving bananas reviews, but me? I’m going back.

The nail tech here is absolutely amazing. She’s very careful to ensure you get exactly what you want. She runs everything all by herself and does an incredible job.
