Extremely disappointed. This place is over priced for the quality of work they do. I feel like everytime i come i leave disappointed and feel like i have to tell the technician what they should know and already be doing. Look at the messy edges of my nails and then not cleaning up around or behind them. I will NOT come back here again. Have given them the benefit of the doubt way too many times.

Great place, very clean. I was able to easily book my appointment online and select a hair stylist. They have different stylist levels to choose from with varying prices which all compete with other similar salons. No wait, I was offered a beverage when I arrived and Anne did a great job cutting my hair!

The owner of this salon is very rude. The first time, I let it go as everyone has a bad day but she is very abrasive and has very poor customer service. Even though I had a good treatment from Tracy and Sara (only reason I am giving 2 stars), I will not return. There are plenty of wonderful places in the area (VIP on Herndon Parkway is fantastic) that I do not need to deal with her attitude (especially at their prices).
