Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePT1 My girlfriend made an appointment today for 12:15 pm 10/29/21 for hairstylist @DoneByDanielle. We drove way from Palmdale Ca with this appointment being booked weeks ago an today we made it to LA at 8am to be on time for her appointment and the hairstylist wanted her to come in at 1:30pm and that is unexpected and unprofessional. we have a wedding to attend today and this is very disturbing that my girlfriend has to look for someone to get hair hair done by ASAP With openings by 12pm today and once asked for refund as I told her to request the hairstylist for the 25$ booking deposit an she’s telling her that’s canceling her appointment when the hairstylist is the one breaking the contract after so we will be contacting the BBB. Unexplainable and inconvenience, we know things happen but it’s no good to us if we’re not treated like a paying costumers. PT1 My girlfriend made an appointment today for 12:15 pm 10/29/21 for hairstylist @DoneByDanielle. I booked an appointment with Shantae and the day of the appointment she did not text me back or call me to cancel our appointment. I waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot as a new customer calling her and texting her to receive no response from Shantae.
