I came in for partial highlight. I already had platinum from a stylist who moved and is well known for her work. I also met with Christina prior to lifting and she acted like she could achieve the color I was looking for. I EVEN gave Christina the formula from the other stylist. For someone that says they are a blonde specialist but doesn’t know how to lift brown hair?? I walked out with orange brassy tones. It was completely not even blended to the platinum. The very next day I reached out to Christina to let her know I was unsatisfied and wanted it fixed or my money back which she didn’t offer anything in return other than to put a toner on it which won’t do anything. After being blocked by the stylist I reached out to Diana the owner, who was very unprofessional, completely one sided and was completely rude as a business owner. Instead of fixing the problem she told me to go to another stylist in a completely different city basically telling me that nobody in her salon could achieve what I was looking for. I had to pay for a color correction elsewhere to fix this mess so be wary when going to the salon especially Christina.

I went to the glam studio in 2020, after the original stylist I liked left I followed her to her own business. Eventually she retired so I decided to come back to Glam Studio. I seen Jessica and she did an amazing job on my hair! I have very thick hair and its not the easiest to work with, there stylists never seize to amaze me!

My sister in law hired the glam studio to do her wedding hair and makeup and everyone turned out beautifully so I immediately booked them for our wedding as well. Besides giving everyone exactly what we asked for, Diana and Steph were so sweet and make you feel very comfortable! Once again they killed it at our wedding as well and all my bridesmaids and moms also loved their hair and makeup! Thank you! ☺️
