Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI subscribed to the monthly subscription box in April. Since that time , I’ve received one box. I should have received at least two by now. The owner, Danielle, doesn’t respond to emails in a timely manner. It takes several messages for her to get back to you. I would have loved to support this company because I enjoy nail art, but I just can’t for the price continue to deal with such lousy service. I subscribed to the monthly subscription box in April. Since that time , I’ve received one box. I should have received at least two by now. The owner, Danielle, doesn’t respond to emails in a timely manner. It takes several messages for her to get back to you. I would have loved to support this company because I enjoy nail art, but I just can’t for the price continue to deal with such lousy service. I wish this company the best but it’s not for me.
