I have an appointment with bratty, it was the worst lashes I could get she used to much glue and I was telling her it’s hurts because the glue was going into my eyes all the time, she was sounding annoyed when I was telling her to give me the fan, after the appointment my eyes start hurting really bad it’s was horrible i went to a salon so I can remove them and they couldn’t it was to much glue on those lashes that they weren’t coming off, and I also I didn’t get what I ask for I ask for a volume set and she put me a Xt Xt volume set which it was looking horrible. Now my eyes are hurting really bad for all the glue that she used im about to sue her for this because my eyes aren’t supposed to be hurting.

I booked an appointment with Touchbykeef on March 3rd and immediately paid a $30 deposit. I booked the appointment for my daughter to get knotless braids. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday March 26th at 2:00. On Friday 25th I received an email confirmation for my upcoming appointment. I purchased the hair and arrived on time for the appointment. My daughter was immediately told upon arrival by Keef that we canceled our appointment. My daughter explained we never sent a text canceling. Keef proceeded to say she received a text stating I was in an accident and needed to cancel. We asked for proof of this text only for her to say “no thank you”. Then she text me that I’m being rude and would not return my deposit. At no point did I make any statement that was rude or disrespectful. In addition, she claimed that we canceled (no proof provided and a complete lie) so no deposit refund. She then blocked me and refuse to provide any further response. I have all text communication as proof of all communication. The shop owner or anyone in charge has not attempted to provide a resolution. Prior to Keef blocking me, she offered two new times to schedule that were during school hours so I said they were not accepted because we were not available. This in her opinion constitutes me canceling because an alternative time was offered and I refused. The lack of professionalism is unreal and I suggest that anyone considering booking here decide against it. I lost $30 and I had to find another stylist to do my daughters braids.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am currently in school to be an esthetician and I’ve had lash extensions for over a year, I moved down south in search for a new lash tech and that’s when I found Ari & had gotten a full set of wispys done by her; the set was pretty although it looked like okay quality but my extensions were all stuck together she had used wayyy too much glue to the point where I couldn’t even brush through them. The retention was horrible I lost a lot of them within only a WEEK… The worst part was she unfortunately damaged my natural lashes.. they were all glued together with NO isolation whatsoever. A full set should take at least 2 hours, she was finished within a little over an hour. During my appointment she was on the phone with somebody the entire time which was highly unprofessional. I take very good care of my natural lashes AND my extensions and have never had any of these problem with my previous lash tech.
