Ok so i gotta rave about my experience at the glam house factor!! I got a quote from the owner and was set on going with her but i wasnt able to leave early from work. She told me I GOCHU, ill wait for you.. i get out at 7 PM! Green flag right there…so i go after work and as soon as i enter i love the environment … nenys and her staff are so friendly! The salon is sooo cute so we get started and long story short she finished at 2 AM! the dedication..i feel like any other stylist WOULD NOT have gone above and beyond. Apart from that, she fixed the mess ULTA did and actually gave me the color i wanted! Nenys is like a little life size barbie with magic hands…love her and her amazing work…thank you nenys
